This time was small group, and very relax atmosphere, and easy to ask some questions.
Kyoko Kobayashi , loan officer talked about loan procedure,what escrow is, benefit of home purchasing to compare rent and mortgage, kind of loans, credit score, different between loan broker and bank, and loan pre-approval. Also she explained what to do, NOT to do during home purchasing periods.
Very interesting subject, and it was new to the all attendants.
I talked about how to find good Realtor, and realtor's role, home purchasing procedure, and current market situation, how to pick your dream house, make priority of list up your wish and need, and history of real estate economy. I have connected many people from my seminar.
Next seminar will be held in Walnut Creek and San Jose.
土曜日にNorcal Capital Groupのオフィスで開催しました不動産とファイナンシャルセミナー。
今回は小人数の参加者でしたが、気軽な雰囲気で質問なども多く出来たので小人数もいいかなと
思いました。
ローン担当の小林恭子さんからはローンの手続き、日本人には理解しにくいエスクローとは、賃貸と住宅ローンを比べて家の購入した場合の特典、クレジットスコアー、ローンの種類、ローンブローカーと銀行の違い、契約期間中にしてはいけないこと、してもいいことなどの説明がありました。
皆さん聞きなれないことばかりなので大変興味深く聞いて質問もたくさんされました。
私からは、リアルターの選び方、リアルターの役目、家の購入の手続き、現在のマーケット事情、家の選び方、欲しいもの、必要なものをリストアップして優先順位決める、過去から現在までの不動産の動向などを説明させていただきました。 セミナーは毎年行っていますが、このセミナーからいろんな方とつながりもてて、お客様をご紹介いただいております。
次回はサンノゼとウォルナッツクリークで企画予定です。
