Happy Brentwood House Hunting

I went to house hunting for my clients in Brentwood.  Sunday afternoon toward to Antioch and Brentwood traffic was jam. More and more houses were buildings, and more families are moving to Brentwood area.
It used to be farmer's town, but now, so many shopping centers are opened and much more up graded stores are coming. Better school system attract new home buyer to move in.　Many buyer come to see the same house I wanted to see. It is competitive market. Price is not much different from traditional sale to REO.
I think traditional sale has more value and great price than REO, as REO prices are slghtly lower than traditional sale. After add up repair costs on REO property, it will be more than traditional house price.
Newer houses are available under $325,000 with 4bedroom and 2 bathroom around 1800-2200sqft


ブレントウッドという街まで家探しに行ってきました。　日曜の午後、ｱﾝティオーク、ブレントウッド方面はずいぶんと車が混んでいて人口の増加がうかがえます。　ブレントウッドはお洒落になってきていて、昨年と比べてもずいぶん変わってきたので、驚かされます。学校区が良いのと家の値段が新しめで$32万以下であるので、多くのバイヤーが見に来ていました。　差し押さえ物件、
新築、普通の転売を見てきましたが、あまり値段が変わらないので、差し押さえ物件は修理の費用を考えるとお得な買い物ではないでしょう。
