Happy Home/Happy Hour in San Francisco Bay Area: Happy Close of Escrow　登記完了

It took almost six months from looking house to closed in one transaction.
I always tell my clients that buying house means "No Exchange, No Refund, and No Return",

therefore buyers need take a time and look for own satisfaction and reality.

My clients finally saw what they want and reality was, and just close of escrow today.
Husband wanted keeping lower budget, but did not want to fixer upper house.
Wife always looked for nice and good school area and did not want fixer upper, and higher price than husband budget. I showed so many houses for them to realized.

No matter what I showed what they were looking for, the price would not
be dropped at their expectation if they kept looking for their dream house.

One day I showed a perfect house for them, great school, and neighborhood, and move in condition but price was slightly higher than husband budget. However they both realized what they were looking for and how much they had to pay for their dream house. Now they really love their new house.

Happy Close of Escrow

家の探しは時間がかかるもの。住宅購入は返品、交換、返金が聞かないからじっくり時間をかけて気に入ったものを購入してくださいとアドバイスしています。
今回クローズしたお客様、ハッピーエンドでワインのお土産までいただきました。

しかし家探しには６ヶ月近い時間がかかりました。(最近これって普通ですが。。）さて今回の家探し、ご主人は予算以下に納めたいけれど、ある程度満足のいくもの購入したいし、あまり修理にお金をかけたくないと言う意見、いつも最高の予算のものを見たいと言う奥様。
学校地区と環境のいい場所で直ぐに引っ越せる家はご主人の予算では見つかりませんでした。

満足のいくまで何軒も見せた後、最後に希望にぴったりの家が見つかったのですが、値段が少し高かったので、リスティングエージェントに交渉して少し下げてもらいました。　

それでも少し高いと言うご意見でしたが、数多く家を見てもらったこともあり、またSELLERからの条件も良かったので納得の上購入決定。

今日はCLOSINGの日　鍵を渡した時の奥様のハッピーフェイスで私もハッピー。
