Relax time

Busy running all last week but not really productive. Showing houses, meeting people, researching, and even having seminar in one week.

I even start having nose bleeding. I guess I need some rest.

I bought two new items - RapidLash -eyelash enhancing Serum, and Japanese fried rice by Trader Joe's.

According to product information, eyelash will grow in two weeks, even eyebrow. I will see the result in two weeks.

Trader Joe's Japanese fried rice!!!??? I don't think so. But it was surprised. It is so good!! and healthy.

Seaweed, fried tofu curd, edamame, carrot and rice are mixed together. I approved it!!

先週は家を見せ、セミナーを開き、ミーティング、調べ物など色々することがあり結構忙しいわりには生産性の低い週でした。突然鼻血が出て止まらなくなったことまあり、

休息が必要と言うことで今日は１日お休み。

そんな中で先週購入したお気に入り２点。　まつげが伸びるというラピッドラッシュとトレーダージョーが出した日本風焼き飯。

RAPIDLASHは日本でも話題だそうですが、寝る前に睫毛につけると２週間で睫毛が伸びるとか。眉毛にもいいというので両方に塗ってみました。

２週間後どうなってるか楽しみです。

トレーダージョーの和風焼き飯は　焼き飯と言うよりヒジキの炊き込みご飯風。これが驚くほど美味しい。冷凍なので好きなだけ取ってレンジで１分ほどチン

するだけでモチモチ感のあるヒジキ飯のできあがり。　お勧めの一品。」

個々に事情が違いますが、自分のステータスにより、免税額、課税対象が違いますので

不動産購入前に、スペシャリストの会計士、弁護士に相談されてから購入されることをお勧めします。

勉強会は定期的に開催しますが、繰り返し参加されないとなかなか理解できないものです。

参加者のほとんどが、自分の聞きたいことだけ聞いて満足して帰る人が多いのと法律が変わるのと言うのも

理由のひとつです。

My clients loved them, but they want to consider overnight.

by the end of day, one property got a offer. Well, they still have time to consider for few houses.

ナパでの家探し。

今日は数件よさそうな物件を若いカップルにお見せしました。

気に入ったものが何軒かあったので、一晩考えてからと言っている間に、

一軒はオファーが入ってしまいました。

まだ数件考慮する家があるけれど、最近はマーケットが活発になっているので、気に入ったら即オファーを入れることですね。

おいしいワイン、食事、そして楽しい家探し、ナパならではのことですね。
