Happy Friday Lunch

This Wednesday morning, I went to Costco to get Coffee beans. Then I found fresh tuna package, it was only $12.00, Three big pieces!!  But other same packages were almost $30.00. I bought the cheapest package. After I bought it, I found that Costco made mistake to put Talapia price sticker on Tuna.

Happy Friday Tuna Lunch!!

安いと思って買ったマグロのパック、よく見たらイズミダイの値段のステッカーが貼られていた。
マグロ１ポンド１２ドル、イズミダイ１ポンド５．９９ドル。半分の値段。安いはず。こういうこともあるものだ。その逆もあるので今後は値段のステッカーには要注意ということ。
そういうことで　今日のランチは初美風マグロのたたき。いただきまーす。

Just Sold at $1,050,000 Happy Investment

Just sold at $1,050,000 in Millbrae. Closed in 20days.
 The new owner's requests were nice neighborhood, close to Bart station(walking distance), good condition.
 This house has all their needs.
 Even Real Estate prices have dropped, some areas are still expensive and prices are stable. Well, it's LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

 Happy investment!!

Happy Sunday Brunch

I have been driving around in Bay Area for years, but I did not have time to stop by Jack London Square.

I sold the condo in Jack London Square area, but I have not been in Jack London Square for a decade.

The place has been changed, it looks cleaner but I missed old nostalgic style of Jack London Square.

Scott's Seafood Grill is still there, and their Sunday brunch is great!! 

We celebrated my son's belated birthday. Food is good, Sunday music is great, and weather is good too.
