It has been busy week for me, and I have not eaten very well.
I gained couple pounds, becuase of not eating right.
Today I have some time to cook. Spicy Catfish soup, chicken breast
stir fry, and salad. -Happy hour-happy dinner

I would like to introduce KAERU a charity event, providing relief for victims of the earthquake & Tsunami in Japan. We aspire to bring back everyone's genki (vitality) at this event. What does "KA-E-RU" mean? K a-e-ru has many meanings, as a noun; it means frog, which keeps jumping and leaves their foot prints behind when they come out from the water. As a verb; it means to go back (home or school ), return, hatch, think back, return thanks with respect, think of someone who is faraway especially in your hometown, etc. As verb, ka-e-ru is similar to the Latin prefix re- in the English language as seen in return, reverse or rejoice. The emotions we felt, were individual when we saw the natural disaster in Japan on the news or talked to family and friends afterwards. Based upon what kind of relationship /empathy you share with Japan and its people your "KA-E-RU" may be unique however, we can all join together and participate in providing relief for victims of the earthquake & Tsunami in Japan. please join us in helping and share our KAERU.

2. A letter to ask for donations, and also a receipt for those making donations.
3. Well mannered phrases when you ask for donations. (for middle school & high school children.) This is a great experience for them.
We are seeking donations for the following items below. Please bring donation items to Sakura Gakuen (address above) by Apr 9th 3:00 pm.
***Apr 4th Monday through the 8th Thursday =====> ONLY 4-6 pm***
(Due to the Sakura Gakuen's spring break.)
Please let us know the date and time if you are delivering a large and/or heavy items such as a flat screen TV.
A. Prizes for children's games. Pencils and other stationeries, toothbrush and other toiletries, stickers, toys , snacks, and little more gorgeous prizes .
B. Prizes for Adults' raffle. Wines, baskets, gift cards, entrance admissions, printers, PCs, flat screen TVs, iPods, i Pads , Wii, Play Stations, free stay at hotels, airlines tickets, etc.
C. Bazaar items. (New or close to new condition.)
We still have space for restaurants to sell Lunch boxes/sandwiches & other foods. We also have space with individual tables for Arts & Craft sale . We will look forward to hearing about your success in raising donations and bring people to the event.

Some buyers want specific type of house, and they keep looking until they found one they really like it.
Each buyer has different wiseliest and needs, I have been working for two families for while.
Mr and Mrs. ABC are ready willing to buy, however they cannot found what they want. They submitted couple offers, but two offers are out bet, and they withdraw one offer. It took them 6 months from beginning. I know what kind of house they like and they want, therefore, we decided to cool down until
I find good one for them.
Mr. and Mrs EFG are looking for house in San Francisco closer area from their current house. They do not speak English very well, and it is not easy to communicate at first. There are many Realtors who speak their language, but it look they like me. They do not want change a realtor. They do not even remember my name, but they know I am reliable. When I called yesterday to confirm house showing time and date, they do not even know my name, then I told Mrs. EFG "tomorrow a 1pm" she recognized me. They are waiting for me at 1pm today. Mrs. EFG knows what she is looking for. I showed them total of 50 houses in the area, but they cannot find what they want. Bying house is "No Refund, No Exchange, No return" therefore EFG family take serious to keep looking for houses. I will see then next week at same time same day, until they find one.

Happy Home -House hunting
Buyers know what they want, and what they are looking for to buy a house in today's market.
People can check houses by Internets, and know what they like and don't.
Home listings with pictures give us some kind of idea, but some of pictures are too good, and some of poor shot picture looks bad but it was very nice house in real.
One of my client loved the picture of the house, and asked me to show it. Then I took him to show the house he loved from the picture. The house itself was beautiful, there are huge cemeteries area in front of the house, and funeral house with cremation site by the side of the house. We can see the funeral house from a bedroom window. Enjoy thriller with Micheal Jackson every night. "Seeing is believing"

Happy Hour
It's been raining for while, my dogs Bushi and Kina don't want go out but they are boring.
That make me relax and happy after work.

For me, I start writing blog, it is best time to write my blog. I have Happy hour at home start 7pm-11pm. I have to called "KOTATSU(foot warmer table)", sit down and have nice foods and cheap wine.
That make me relax and happy after work.Happy home/happy hour
